2009 Congestive Heart Failure Support Group

This free monthly program was created to provide information about diet, medication, exercise and conserving energy. Those suffering from CHF share experiences with others and also have an opportunity to connect with caregivers. The group meets the second Tuesday of the month from 2 to 3 p.m. in the Cardiac Rehab Gym.
